Pipeline from Permian to Gulf Coast
Our client, a major independent oil and gas company, sought to develop an oil pipeline from the Permian basin to the Gulf Coast. ATI partnered with our client to deliver the I&E needs and was instrumental in delivering the project on-time and on-budget. Our scope and key project metrics included:
Instrument and electrical work on valve and pumping stations including solar panels, motor-operated valves, and instrumentation
Over 65 stations along 300 miles of pipeline
Safely delivered project in less than 4 months
Gulf Coast Export Terminal
Our client, a major independent oil and gas company, sought to develop an oil export terminal on the Gulf Coast. ATI was chosen as the electrical contractor and was instrumental in delivering the project on-time and on-budget. Our scope was the end-to-end instrumentation and electrical work for the 8 tank terminal including:
Instrumentation system incorporating both PLCs and DCS
Power and Control systems throughout the facility
Instrumentation and electrical for each tank and pump
Procurement and installation of electrical switch racks
Safely deliver on-time and on-budget $3M+ of electrical work in less than 18 months
Air Separation Unit Construction
Our deep I&E experience made us a perfect fit for our client, a major chemical manufacturer, to support the construction of a next generation air separation unit designed to deliver air gas products to a breadth of industries (one such example is NASA's spacecraft fueling stations). Our reputation as a safe partner delivering high quality results underpinned our scope spanning the full instrumentation and electrical work for the new plant including:
Control system including the DCS
I&E on cold boxes and compressors

Solar Farm Installation
Following the Texas Freeze in February 2021, our client, a large ranching operator in Central Texas, sought to reduce their reliance on grid electricity while also investing in a long term carbon footprint and energy cost reduction. ATI was the partner of choice to deliver this renewable energy project :
Installed a ground mount array and supporting electrical equipment infrastructure.
The distributed-generation solar array provides peak of the day energy, offsetting utilization for this ranching operation and creates energy independence for times of grid instability

Water Treatment Plant (MUD)
